Xigen Creative
Answers, without the fluff
How digital corporate branding works, how we differ from a marketing agency, and how packages and partnerships are structured.
Getting started
What is Xigen Creative?
Xigen Creative is a digital corporate branding studio. We define and maintain how your business looks, sounds and presents itself digitally — from identity and guidelines to website brand design, social brand kits, digital communications and ongoing brand creative. We are not a marketing agency and not a software company.
Are you a marketing agency?
No. Marketing decides what the company says, promotes and publishes. Xigen ensures how that communication looks, feels and sounds remains consistent with your brand. Marketing decides what your business needs to say. Xigen makes sure it looks, feels and sounds like your business.
Who is Xigen Creative for?
Businesses that want to look professional, distinctive and credible — startups defining a brand for the first time, growing companies whose digital presence is weak, established organisations aligning every touchpoint, and teams that already have marketing but need a brand guardian for creative execution.
How does a typical project start?
Conversation and discovery first. Then we map you onto the brand lifecycle: Foundation → Corporate Identity → Digital Brand → Corporate Brand / Rebrand → Brand Creative Partner for ongoing consistency. Scope and investment follow that conversation.
How does pricing / investment work?
We sell outcomes and systems — Brand Foundation, Corporate Identity, Digital Brand, Corporate Brand, Rebrand, Digital Brand Starter and Brand Creative Partnership. Investment is scoped after a conversation. Plans for ongoing creative are tailored to monthly requirements.

Brand & process
Is branding just a logo?
No. A logo is one piece of a Corporate Identity System — logo variations, colour, typography, visual language, applications and brand guidelines. Digital corporate branding then extends that system across website, social, email, documents and campaigns so every touchpoint looks like the same organisation.
What do you mean by digital corporate branding?
Defining and maintaining how the company looks, sounds and presents itself digitally. The question isn’t only “Can we make a website?” — it’s “Does your digital presence look and feel like the same company?” We translate corporate identity into digital rules, website brand design, social brand kits and digital communications.
Do you develop websites?
We provide website design and digital brand direction — creative direction, layouts, responsive design and developer-ready files. Website development can be provided by your development team or an appointed technology partner. That keeps the boundary clear: we own brand expression; engineering owns the build.
Do you manage social media?
No. We create Social Media Brand Kits — profile assets, post templates, stories/reels systems and social guidelines — that your marketing or social team uses. Ongoing Brand Creative Partnership provides social creative (design), not account management, posting schedules or community management.
Do we need a full rebrand or just a refresh?
If the name and equity still work, a refresh often beats a full rebrand. If you’ve merged, entered new markets, or the brand actively hurts trust, we plan deeper work. Read our guide Has your business outgrown its brand?, or discuss a rebrand.
We already have a logo — where do we start?
Digital Brand Starter is the entry point when the identity exists but the digital presence is weak — audit, digital direction, social assets and templates, email signature, presentation and document templates, plus basic digital guidelines. From there you can grow into Digital Brand or Brand Creative Partner.
Engagements
Do you deliver brand guidelines?
Yes — as part of Corporate Identity. Guidelines tell marketing, employees, printers, developers and agencies: “This is our brand standard.” They cover foundation, visual identity and applications across stationery, presentations, social and digital platforms.
How do campaigns work with you?
Marketing owns the campaign (target, offer, objective, media, budget). You give us the campaign message; we design the campaign identity and creative system — key visual, social templates, website banner, digital ads, email creative and presentation assets — so everything looks like your brand.
What is Brand Creative Partnership?
Ongoing creative support for organisations that already have marketing. You send what you want to communicate; Xigen turns it into how your brand communicates it — social creative, campaigns, documents, presentations, website graphics and brand governance. Plans: Essential, Growth and Corporate — tailored to monthly requirements. See Brand Creative Partner.
How long does a typical project take?
A focused identity can move in weeks. Fuller Digital Brand and Corporate Brand systems usually land over weeks to a couple of months depending on content readiness and decision speed. Larger rollouts and rebrands are phased so you see progress without waiting for a single “big bang” launch.
Who owns the files when the project ends?
You do. We hand over source and export-ready assets (logo masters, guidelines, templates, agreed deliverables) so your team and future partners can keep building without lock-in.
Community & support
How does the community portal work?
Create a free account, publish a post about your experience or questions, and our team can reply as admin. Sign in at Community; admins reply while logged into the admin portal.
What’s the fastest way to reach you?
WhatsApp +263 784 607 691, email info@xigencreative.co.zw, or the Contact form. We typically reply within one business day. Studio: 4 Quail Close, Mount Pleasant, Harare.
What should we look for in a branding partner?
Strategic thinking (not just pretty files), systems that marketing can actually use, and a clear boundary between brand guardianship and marketing strategy. That’s the bar we hold — from Mount Pleasant, Harare to regional markets.
