Xigen Creative
Answers, without the fluff
Everything from first logos to enterprise brand systems — plus how we work with ProjectX on applications.
Getting started
Who is Xigen Creative for?
We partner with startups, SMEs, and large corporations that need distinctive digital corporate branding — identity, websites, social, ads, email, content, and print. If you need custom applications or systems, we route that work to our partner ProjectX.
How does a typical branding project start?
Discovery and strategy first: we learn your audience, market, and goals. Then creative design, production (web, assets, guidelines), launch, and ongoing optimization. Enterprise projects often add brand architecture workshops and multi-stakeholder reviews.
How is pricing structured?
Packages are scoped to your needs — a single logo system for an SME looks different from a multi-brand enterprise rollout.

SME → Enterprise
We’re an SME — do we need “enterprise” branding?
You need branding that scales. Start with a tight identity system (logo, type, color, guidelines) and a strong website. As you grow into new markets or product lines, we expand architecture, social systems, and campaigns without rebuilding from scratch.
What do large corporations usually need?
Global consistency with local flexibility, clear brand architecture across sub-brands, reputation management, and ongoing brand evolution. We help maintain one coherent identity across web, social, email, ads, and print — so every team ships on-brand.
What should we look for in a branding partner?
Strategic expertise (not just pretty files), experience at your scale, creativity with discipline, a data-aware approach to what performs, and the ability to keep identity consistent across channels. That’s the bar we hold ourselves to for clients from Harare to regional markets.
Services & delivery
Do you deliver brand guidelines?
Yes. Digital brand guidelines cover logo use, color, typography, spacing, and examples for web, social, and print so your team (and vendors) stay consistent.
Can you handle website, hosting, and business email?
Yes — website branding & development, domain/hosting setup, and professional email are part of our offering. Applications and heavier business systems go through ProjectX.
What’s the difference between Xigen and ProjectX?
Xigen Creative owns brand, creative, and digital presence. ProjectX builds applications, platforms, and operational systems. One brief can span both so brand and product stay aligned.
Community & support
How does the community portal work?
Create a free account, publish a post about your experience or questions, and our team can reply as admin. Sign in at Community; admins reply while logged into the admin portal.
What’s the fastest way to reach you?
WhatsApp +263 784 607 691, email info@xigencreative.co.zw, or the Contact form. We typically reply within one business day. Studio: 4 Quail Close, Mount Pleasant, Harare.
How long does a typical project take?
A focused identity system for an SME can move in weeks. A full website branding build usually lands in a matter of weeks to a couple of months depending on content readiness. Multi-brand enterprise rollouts are scoped in phases so you see progress without waiting for a giant “big bang” launch.
Do we need a full rebrand or just a refresh?
If the name and equity still work, a refresh (mark sharpening, type/color update, new site) often beats a full rebrand. If you’ve merged, entered new markets, or the brand actively hurts trust, we plan a deeper rebuild. Read our guide When to rebrand.
Who owns the files when the project ends?
You do. We hand over source and export-ready assets (logo masters, guidelines, web files as agreed in scope) so your team and future partners can keep building without lock-in.
Can you stay on after launch?
Yes — many clients keep us for social, content, ads, or iterative website improvements. Others return per campaign. We’ll recommend what makes sense after the first ship, not force a retainer you don’t need.
Still stuck?
Ask in the community or send a brief — we’ll point you to the right path.
