These conditions apply to quotations and the pricing catalogue.

Deposits, revisions, printing confirmation and quotation validity — so projects stay straightforward.
Pricing
Listed prices are standard starting rates. Final quotations depend on project scope, design complexity, quantity, materials and agreed deliverables.
Printing
Printed-product prices are indicative and subject to confirmation of specifications, supplier pricing and stock availability.
Design revisions
Standard design services include up to two revision rounds unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions or major changes to an approved brief may attract additional charges.
Payments
Design and website projects generally require a 60% deposit, with the remaining 40% payable before final handover. Printing orders require full payment before production unless otherwise agreed.
Production
Printing and project delivery timelines are confirmed after artwork approval and payment.
Urgent orders
Rush services may attract an additional 30–50%, subject to feasibility and supplier availability.
Content
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate company information, contact details, photographs, logos and other required materials unless content development is included.
Source files
Final approved deliverables are supplied in agreed formats. Editable source files are provided where explicitly included in the quotation.
Approval
Clients must approve final artwork and specifications before printing. Reprints required because of client-approved errors may incur additional costs.
Hosting
Email and website hosting packages are billed in advance. Storage, usage, support and renewal terms are specified in the service agreement.
Custom projects
Large corporate projects, bulk printing, installation, custom software and specialised branding are priced by quotation.
Quotation validity
Quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified.
Third-party costs
Domain registrations, paid software licences, advertising budgets, external production costs and applicable taxes are identified in the final quotation.
